The Web Design Process - From Design to Live 

We have found from experience that the quickest and least expensive way to get you new customers that find you from online searches is to follow a step by step process. We first help educate you through our website. We then gather the information we will need to develop the proper website and marketing strategy for your specific business. We then use that information to dramatically increase the amount of paying customers that find your business. The exact process is this:

1. Go to the Questions About Your New Website page, print it out and answer all the questions to prepare for your Complimentary Consultation.
   
2. We will send you a proposal, based on your information, specifying the details and cost of your new website and ongoing maintenance that may be required.
   
3. Upon approval of the proposal and payment of the 33% deposit invoice we will design two conceptual website Home Page drafts for you to review.
   
4. You will select the concept that you prefer and let us know via email. In the same email…
   
5. You will specify edits or revisions to the concept you want done before the concept is finalized.
   
6. We will make the revisions and a final concept design will be emailed to you for approval.
   
7. Once the design is approved in writing in a return email, we will then generate the additional pages so you can review and make any necessary amendments.
   
8. We will make the revisions and amendments and email you all pages for review and approval.
   
9. Once all pages are reviewed and approved, we will then convert the pages into actual web pages and will email you two things:
   
10. 1. A test site URL where you can review and test your website before it goes live on your domain.
       
    2. A second invoice for the balance of the initial website design and website construction fee.
       
11. After your review, send us your final approval telling us the payment on the 2nd invoice has been paid and your website will go live that day. If hosting and email accounts have not been set up we will set that up for you as part of the “go live” process. You will be responsible for your own annual and/or monthly hosting and/or autoresponder service costs. That is not part of our services.
    
12. When we receive final payment we will transfer the website files to your hosting server and your website will be live for the world to see. You will be notified immediately so you can start spreading the word.
